About Me

So many things to say, and so few ways to say them. Romanticizer, thalassophile, hiker, academic, foodie (definitely not a chef), cat person, avid Pinterest user, cereal first dater, traveler, skier, scorpio (for better or worse) first-generation American and student, the list goes on. While my foundations started in Boulder, Colorado, who I am as a person has blossomed since moving to traffic-ridden Los Angeles, California.

My academic career started in international relations and advocacy. I had big dreams of being a lawyer for the United Nations and working towards global cooperation. However, after taking a few law classes in undergrad, I swiftly realized that I am no Elle Woods. This sparked my transition to communications, as I enjoy a writing-focused, people-centered, creative yet strategic field. Since the switch, I’ve been lucky enough to participate in an array of academic and professional experiences. Working both in-house and agency, I’ve led successful PR initiatives, secured high-profile brand partnerships, leveraged social media strategies to enhance visibility and consumer outreach, and held leadership positions among strategic communication teams. My goal has been to marry my two industry backgrounds, sustaining an ethical and culture-focused approach while crafting unforgettable company personas.

My biggest passion in life is travel and connecting with people from around the world. It is something I’ve inherited from my father, who shared with me the gift of seeing the world as I grew up. Moving forward, my dream is to work in the travel and hospitality industry. During my time at J/PR, a luxury travel agency, I learned how to work with esteemed resorts, restaurants, and wellness retreats. Marketing such a desirable experience came naturally to me, and my passion bled into all aspects of my work. Additionally, in partnership with international media outlets, I’m fascinated in leveraging unique cultural values in advertising to maximize a campaigns impact among diverse audiences. Eventually I would like to work on a national travel commity to advertise a country and all the things that make it special.

If you’ve made it this far, you must really be into me! To summarize myself and work, I strive to be like an Aperol Spritz. Iconic, bright, delicious, shareable, and evoke feelings of a warm summer afternoon on the Mediterranean coast – who doesn’t love that? Looking forward to working together, cheers 🥂
